arcadia news {january cookbook column}

writing this column on a monthly basis has introduced me to so many interesting people, ideas and homes.  this month was particularly inspiring.  the couple i interviewed / photographed shared their juicing habits with me.  they juice a few times a week and have found some delicious flavor combos that are just so unique and different.
they inspired me to get my own juicer and begin juicing, which inspired a friend of mine to get on the juicing bandwagon.
when she started juicing, she sparked even more people to incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives.
